Rudest place I’ve been to. They throw up a close sign immediately as your walking up after the next customer then walk around talking to coworkers. Every single time I’ve been here I’ve been treated rude by the people behind the counter. I have a business account and multiple other accounts with this bank but will not use this location anymore. I would rather drive south to summerfield or anywhere else for that matter. It’s getting ridiculous.

Overall this bank sucks. Does not have a 24/7 automatic account info number to call to get your account info. You cannot set up your own online account. (This has to be done with someone from the bank) the customer service sucks too. (Not very friendly) website is not user friendly.

Totally agree with previous reviewer Nathan. Fraud reported to me on my debit on Sat.. No one available on phone Sat, Sunday or Monday MLK Day. Money taken out of my account until fraud was confirmed. New online agreement received. I didn't agree that I should be liable for up to $50. Denied access to my online account info until I agreed. No opt out.

Hey...way to be the "Teacher's Credit Union" and be Closed on weekends and at 5pm throughout most of the week! You do realize Hillsborough County middle schools release at 4:15 right!?
