Pretty good bank, but not the best with interest.  They are quite competent with a wide range of banking services. Don't expect personal service here unless you need special help. I like impersonal treatment when Im trying to get banking business done and they do the job well.

The drive through is ridiculous,so far been here 14 minutes and I was only car till just couple minutes ago,it's like this all the time.
When I have my grandson he ends up screaming.
Bad customer service.
I go to Freds Chase alot and it's still faster to park,get out and go in.

Worst customer service I have ever had at a chase bank. I am a long time chase customer but will definitely avoid this branch in the future.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I've had many problems with Chase's phone support and the staff at this branch has always taken care of those problems.
