Stopped into this bank to cash a check drawn by Chase bank.  After providing two forms of ID and signing the check,etc the teller said, ok I just need a managers approval and I"ll get you out of here!  Manager makes us wait forever and finally comes over, takes one look at the check and said that the amount exceeded their limit (it was $4,000) and, "unfortunately, ma'am, we won't be able to cash this for you."  But your bank drew the check?  There is literally ZERO risk.  This is from YOUR BANK!!  She said, I would be able to cash this if you opened an account with us today,however.  Totally flabergasted, I left.  The LAST bank I would ever bank with is Chase, based on how they treated me and their policy that is clearly geared toward getting more accounts and not helping customers.  It was a Saturday, my bank was closed and I really was counting on cashing this check that day.  One star for crappy customer service and the  policy that clearly lacked putting the customer first.

The wait time at this place is awful. I don’t mind waiting in a drive thru most of the time because it’s more convenient as I have a small child, but the service this bank offers is another level of slow.

I use Chase because they are everywhere I travel, they are HUGE! I have experienced trouble when their system crashed nation wide but usually everything works fine, and most of the time the staff is friendly

I signed up for a promotion that was to give me $250 if i got dorect deposit within 50 days. Well it took me 67 days and they still gave me the 250. Awesome!!!!
