Driver arrived promptly, ( in fact, my wife barely made it back from her run to the restroom in time). Taxi was an orange passenger van (van 33), and was an older model but was in good condition, was comfortable, and was clean. Driver was courteous, friendly, and was knowledgeable regarding local information. His driving was safe and comfortable. The van and driver smelled good. If that were not enough, the ride cost us less than we had anticipated. Overall a thoroughly acceptable situation. I would not only recommend this company, I would hire them again, especially this driver. 5/5

ALWAYS LATE! And this morning the cab driver supposedly honked. Well I find it funny because I was right on my living where you can hear EVERYTHING from outside and I didn't hear a damn thing. I was also watching from my door often and was standing outside waiting at the time dispatch claims my cab arrived. So liars too apparently. Will no longer be riding with checker cab. 🖕🏼  

UPDATE: the employee never even sent a cab to my house out of spite from being upset with a co worker  of his that I am related to. His name is Dave and I hope he loses clients. His business is very poorly ran anyway

Only putting one star to be able to comment..this David Smith is rude and has an attitude problem and when i pointed it out blamed me for having an attitude...I wouldn't even take a free ride from this place !! Reporting them immediately!

Terrible service, Terrible attitude, WILL NEVER IN LIFE GET IN THEIR CABS AGAIN!

Hate this cab company they barely take your calls cabs are always dirty the drivers look discusting never on time always take you the longest route even when you tell them to go a diff way they ignore you. Over charges and their dispatchers are rude. All in all this is the worse cab company ever and i will never recommend them to anyone
