First of all I do not run illegal and I have never made a false review of Your Service in fact I give you 5 stars just now. But I don’t agree with your buisness practices or your false information. First of all their is no permit for Southern Indiana whatsoever I have checked with both the quadrangle at the police department and the courthouse. Their is only a permit in floyd county to which I don’t operate out of so I am not required to be permitted their. Second of all you are being very unprofessional by smearing my buisness name on your own reviews it shows very bad taste. And you can be sued for it. My reputation speaks for itself. I am very helpful to my customers and I am insured as well. If you have a problem with my business you need to speak with me like a man directly. I wish you the best of luck but you need to change some of your business practices. But a good friend of mine says you have given him your runs and Your retiring do to health issues. I am sorry to hear about that. Get well soon. Just for  anyone reading this review I own On Time Taxi.

Horrible customer service and a total bigot!  My husband and I tried to get a ride from Jeffersonville to Louisville for the gay pride parade and he refused to take us.  His name is Paul. I told him I was going to Louisville he said okay, then when I told him I wanted to be dropped off near the pride parade he suddenly couldn't take us.  When I repeatedly asked him why, his reply was, I SAID find someone else to take you I've got other customers.  If you're going to be a hateful bigot at least have the grit to stand behind your conviction.  Coward!  He also owns Jeffersonville Indiana taxi service.  I'd rather walk to Louisville than use this guy.

Edit:  this is not a lie it happened last year and since I'm going again this year I remembered my experience and decided to write a review.  I posted on fb last year right after it happened and can provide you with a photo with my real profile if you like?

I scheduled transportation to the Lexington KY Airport from Jeffersonville IN and had to be there by 4am. Paul arrived in a clean car at 2:30 am and only charged me $125.00 flat rate, the cheapest quote i got from other services was $160.00. Great ride and Paul can hold an intelligent conversation. I love his animal rescue adventures! Now Paul is the service i use regularly.

I reserved a car for 4am to go from my home in Charlestown Indiana to the Louisville Airport. The driver was ten minutes early and their flat rate was $5.00 less than all the others quoted me.

First time I called, I needed a ride from Louisville to Jeffersonville. "He doesn't go that far" okay. Understandable. Today I call and needed a ride from 8th St to 10th (I usually walk, but I have my children with and it's raining). His response was "I can't help you. I don't do short trips" okay. So I asked if I can get a ride from 8th to Meijer on Allison Lane, NOPE. Still to short of a ride. What a useless service.
