I love this taxi service. The driver is reliable, pleasant and fairly priced. He once picked me up at airport at 2 am when my arrival was delayed by 3 hours! That's how awesome they are!

I used Elkhart taxi service for my daily commutation to my client office for about 3 weeks during my business trip to Elkhart. Their service was fantastic; very punctual and courteous. Friendly attitude that made me feel like travelling with a friend. Thanks for your service. Appreciate a lot.

I’ve been using your taxi company and only your taxi company for the past 5 years. Without fail, I have always felt safe, with drivers waiting to make sure I get in the house okay, and on one occasion when there were dogs roaming around on the street, had a driver offer for me to stay in the vehicle until I could call my husband for assistance in getting past the stray dog. The drivers are always incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, the vehicles always immaculate.  Is it any wonder why I keep coming back? So thank you for your fantastic service, please keep it up!!

So I usually use uber...yet after today I'm going to start using taxi again. My taxi driver (AJ) was very nice and helpful mentally and physically. She was very patient didn't take long coming to get us. Most of all, my son enjoyed the conversation they were having about how the solar system works...which she seem to know alot about. I actually learned something new today! However, I will be using this service more and I would recommend this company to anyone I know that need a ride. Such an unexpected learning experience. Great drivers are hard to come by. So if you happen to get her...they're prices are fair...so please tip her, cause she deserves it! Thanks AJ from Elkhart Taxi Service

I called for a cab around 12:15pm because i had an appointment to make by 2pm. The cab driver finally arrived at 1:37pm, which didn't give me enough time to get to my appointment. The reason he gave me was because of the snow, which that doesn't make sense, because the trolley is running just fine. So because of this i will not be using thjs cab company nor will i recommend this company to anyone.
