Do NOT use their para-transit!!! They will leave you stranded. Ride to church was ok, but they had no one to take us back home! They kept telling us they were trying, but nothing ever happened and they knew this was going to happen! They delivered us without any plan in place for return. My 92 year old mom is in a motorized wheelchair. We waited 2+ hours and then had to physically lift her into a car and leave the wheelchair there! Oh, and, I called the driver who dropped us off; she said she could come, but she wanted a $30 tip!!! I reported this company to Indiana Consumer Affairs for these horrible and unethical practices. Don't let this happen to you and your loved ones!

Christmas Nightmare for Handicap Patron (aka para-transit). I would appreciate recommendations from others on how to proceed. We were fortunate that this was not a life-threatening situation since our mother was able to stay inside while we waited, but if someone else didn't have our care and protective shelter, this situation could have been tragic. There may be a lawsuit here for our experience. We made a reservation to have my wheelchair-bound mother picked up for a family party. The driver arrived 1.5 hours late, even with the 3 phone calls made while we awaited her to be picked up. Since the event was only supposed to last for 2 hours, the extended family accommodated the delay by staying longer, and we requested she be picked up an hour later than originally reserved. When it came time for her to be picked up, we called at the time of her scheduled pickup to confirm a driver was on the way. Long (and painful) story short: the driver arrived 3.5 hours late. It would take a lot of convincing for me to ever use this company again, yet alone give a positive recommendation.

Worst cab services, the dispatchers are always very rude, the cabs always take between 1 and 5 hours to come pick you up, normally about 2.5 hours, im someone who takes cabs a lot ive delt with yellow cab over 100 times and every experience was bad, the drivers always try to take you the long way, even when i told him not to go that way he still refused to go the way i told him, a 4 mile trip ended up being 7 miles because of him refusing to listen to me, one guy tried to tell me i have to give him 20$ cash up front or he wont take me, i started to get out of the cab and he then said well okay ill take you but ill be locking the doors so you cant take off without paying, wow really? He called me a thief for no reason, i guess because hes an old racist and im mexican? Im a proud born and raised american ya dick! He kept going on and on about how blacks are always stealing rides and they are killing everyone, the guy was super racist, i have had another 10+ drivers from other countries, they couldnt speak english, i couldn't understand them, they smelt really bad like BO it was just really gross, i dont care where youre from wash your ass! I had another forgien guy who started asking me where i live, non of your bees wax dude, im not asking you to take me to my home im asking you to take me downtown! But no hes like whats your address where do you live ill take you home, it was creepy af! Ive been left waiting for a cab in below freezing weather for hours many times and ended up walking, ive had them try to charge me more then whats on the meter, ive even had one guy try to kidnap me and said he wont let me leave without a tip, i pulled my gun and told him my tip is open the door, i paid you and you wont hold me here for extra money, ill never use this place again, if i didnt have dr.s appointments down town that i had to get to i would have never used this cab service again.
