I travel Amtrak and find that getting a rental car at a train station is almost non existent. So I planned ahead while on Amtrak and called South Bend Taxi to go to the South Bend airport where I can get a rental car.  Andrew was my first contact. He answered in text and was very accommodating. In fact the train was delayed so I had to change my appointment with him. He again was extremely helpful by giving me another driver's name to contact to confirm a ride later.
I had a return trip to the Amtrak South Bend station. This time I again had called ahead and Andrew confirmed an appointment and kept in touch via text. I find him to be personable, available and communicates very well. In fact I felt I was being treated like a person not a number or dollar sign. He is dependable and helps reduce my stress of finding reliable transportation. I will definitely use his services again and highly recommend him to anyone.

I highly recommend South Bend Taxi 
Not only is it the safest way to travel
But also worry free.
My driver Andrew is the best!!
He is so friendly, kind and very personable. 
The cab is always so fresh and clean.
Andrew is such a gentleman, he always helps me to the front door with my bags, and it is so nice not to have to struggle with my bags after a long trip....

I'd highly recommend this taxi service. I've used it several times myself and my cab has always been on time and clean, and my driver very polite and nice.

After getting stranded just over the Michigan border, I was desperate to find a ride and thankfully called South Bend Taxi. We were traveling from out of town and had our very scared, very large rescue dog with us on the side of the highway. Andrew was able to pick us up in a van and drive us quite a ways out to our final destination as our vehicle got towed. We were beyond appreciative that he agreed to allow the dog in the vehicle, and so thankful for his kindness and patience. What a wonderful experience and taxi service!
