Bought a pair of boots online... spent a pretty penny just to have them completely fall apart. I was devastated. Saw this repair shop numerous times.  When I had a reason I knew where to go. He was kind and courteous. Advised me to bring the other boot in sure enough it started to fall apart too!  He deffinently knows his stuff. Boot were done one time at a decent price. Worth the money for the repair. Would recommend.

Bought a pair of Loggers and after 6 months they wore the skin off of my achilles.  Got told my warranty is up and I'm out $300. Red wing used to be the best but quality has gone way down. Save your money

Ive had great service at the Columbia heights store and circle pines, but this place is ridiculous. Ive been there twice and both times the staff was very rude to me and did not resolve the issue. Went to circle pines and it was no big deal and i was all taken care of. 
BOTTOM LINE: Avoid this Chets.

Yes Very helpful,  just watch out when your looking at shoes some made in USA and some not .
