Unfortunately I didn't find the right boots for my liking here. But the customer service, attention to detail and fast and easy return/exchange process still deserves 5 stars. These guys will take care of you, and if they can't, they'll give you a full refund no questions asked.

Just wanted to say Thank You to the team at Maple Grove. We stopped in because my wife had received a voucher from her Union Employer. She found a great pair of Wingshooter. Unfortunately they did not have my size, so we were referred to another store in Burnsville. Both stores were a pleasure to work with. They seem to care about getting you the right shoe and most importantly the right fit. We ended up buying three pairs today. Thanks everybody. Can’t wait to come back for another pair.

Great management here & exceptional service. I bought the Irish Setter 808s and am very pleased. If they don't have your size in-stock they can get it shortly. Its worth a visit to see all that Redwing is producing. You've got to try these on!

I’m disappointed in the either this store’s customer service or in Red Wing Shoe’s, or both. But I purchased a $200+ shoe, and wore it for a bit over a month, however the shoe hurt the bottom of my heel.  When I called to see how they can help me, they said the return policy is 30 days and the only thing they could do was sell me a $65 dollar in sole.  I’m disappointed, because in my mind it takes a while to break in a leather boot, and only having a 30 day window to test, is not long enough.  I’ll go to REI next time, their policy’s build life long customers rather than get you on a one time purchase.

I spent a few years debating on my boot purchase. Online reviews always have something to say about sizing up or down, being able to go into the store and feel more confident about my choice and purchase was a big win. Staff is kind and helpful

I needed to get a pair of boots for work. My employer has an account and a specific list of approved shoes we can get that they will pay for. I found a men's shoe I liked that was on my employers approved list but the women's version was not. The guys who helped me on Friday 2/25/22 went above and beyond to help me. They contacted my employers sales rep and had the shoe added to the approved list so I could get the boots I really wanted instead of buying the men's version and having them be too big. If I ever need to get another pair of boots this is where I will be going. I highly recommend, the service is truly the best!

Came in with a pair of Red Wings I had purchased 7 months ago explaining how they caused for my feet to hurt. Dave immediately came to help me out and helped me find a new pair that had actually fit. I had gone by my tradition shoe size without accounting for Red Wings possibly running smaller or larger. Dave was quick and very willing to help in my case and helped me find a new pair that fit perfectly and better than any shoe I’ve ever worn. If you need Red Wings come to this store, you will not be disappointed. I’m incredibly pleased with the service and more than happy to say I will be coming back here for more shoes in the future. Red Wing is a brand I trust to keep my feet comfortable and safe and I’m glad that the salesmen care about that too.

They have good customer service and friendly employees.   Very disappointed in the product this time.  Have bought red wing boots before here without any issues.  Decided to try a pair of Irish Setter work boots.  Wore for a couple of weeks understanding there is a break in period for work boots.   They actually got worse after a few weeks,  to the point I can't even wear them anymore because they hurt my feet so bad.  I won't be buying anymore products from here.

I have purchased a few pairs of boots from this location. The owner is great! He is passionate about his profession. As long as I live in Minnesota and work construction, I will continue to be a loyal customer. There is no reason to go anywhere else if you want both great product and great service. I’m excited to pick up my new pair in the coming days!
