If you want poor customer service, Lack of follow up and failure to act professional then this is the DR for you.  I left 3 messages in attempts to get appointments.  I was finally contacted to schedule the appointment.  I was given an attitude from the start.  The caller said she had never received any messages... That is great... Call your customer a liar.  When I indicated it wasn't my fault she didn't get the messages her answer was it wasn't their fault either... Well yes it is, your company is who owns their phone systems as I doubt they are free... I fired them and let them know I would find another DR who values their customers.
