I was hung up on 2 times trying to get information on my significant other and then when I arrived they refused to let me see her. Also the lady at the desk was very rude and straight up lied to me about her. I will not be coming back and I will be seeking some sort of legal action. You're better off at spring hill baptist hospital or white County hospital. This is a hostile environment. Before I could even introduce myself I was met with attitude. Do you want these people caring for those you love? Not me

I took my son to this hospital. The receptionist was nice until I accidentally tried to use her pen (I had my son in my lap and had everything else too). After that she sounded angry and got short with me. The nurse was very nice (that's the only reason I gave two stars). She took good care of my son. Then I get to the room. The rooms are very out- dated, dirty, sticky, and grimy. It was nasty! There was trash on the floor (used tissue and wrappers, dirt, and grass). It looked like no one had cleaned up for a few days. The chairs and tables were sticky like someone was eating and put their hands on everything and again no one cleaned it. The paint was peeling off the walls and it looked like the base boards and corners were black (dirty) and the base boards were coming off in places. It took me over four hours to see a doctor. It wasn't until I started asking how long it would be until the doctor came. Once the doctor came in, he was ok. What deterred me the most from this place wasn't the staff so much, it was the cleanliness or lack of. I won't be chosing to go back there again.

After sitting and waiting for over 3 hours at an ER up the interstate a little way, we headed back  to St Vincent North. We were taken back immediately to triage and then to a room.  The nurses were all kind and knowledgeable and the MD as well. They admitted my daughter and everyone took such good care of her. The PCTs were great, the nurses and the hospitalist.  We definitely won't pass by Sherwood to go to NLR again.

Went in to get an MRI done. Everyone was so nice and friendly. The young ladies were very knowledgeable about their jobs. I would recommend St. Vincent to anyone who need medical assistance or tests done.💝💝💝💝

To my doctor, the staff at the ER entrance desk, my nurses, and the other kind workers in the ER. Thank you so much for all the care and promt quickness in taking care of me. I am pregnant and could not stop vomiting. But I feel so much better and my baby is healthy and doing great. This Hospital is very clean and the staff is what makes it so wonderful. I would have given them a 10 out of 10 stars if I could!! I reccomend St. Vincent North to everyone.
