My order came up very quickly which is great in terms of time but poor when it comes to food quality. My food tasted as if it was warm but old... the bread was very hard and rubbery around the edges  (chewing feeling).

Over this passed weekend of 01/12/17 I purchased their new chicken southwestern soup and received terrible customer service. After going home and eating the soup a few hours later I had a terrible case of food poisoning. I called the manager the next day and they told me that I couldn't of been the soup even though I didn't eat anything else and then she hung up on me.

Just ordered dinner for my kids. When we arrive home my kids said that their nuggets were not in their bag. I called back to the store and spoke to the store manager Ryan Steele. After explaining my issue she informed that she would send out coupons for THEIR mistake. I expressed that I did not want coupons just wanted my kids meals replaced tonight. To my surprise she told me that they won’t replace their meals because of the inconvenience it would cause the store. Go figure for an inconvenience! Now my kids will just be eating fries for dinner and I have to wait for coupons to come in the mail to compensate for THEIR mishap... This is total BS. Make sure you check your food at this establishment even if it results in you holding up their line!

For years this was my favorite chick fil a restaurant, however,  for the past 2-3 months it has become the WORST chick fil a I have been to. The customer service is always terrible and is not up to the Chick fil a standards. My drinks was also watered down during one visit. The bread was also stale and they even gave me stale cookies. On top of this they ran out of ice! I’m not sure why things have taken a turn for the worse but my guess is change in management. Hopefully things will change.

The slowest worst service ever. the teens on the counter spend too much time having personal conversations than helping customers... Faster to go in drive thru ehich is 2 lanes... Disgrace. it took 20 mins to get a nugget meal and a salad with only 4 people in front.
