This location continues to improve. Very happy on the increase in great customer service. I use the mobile app so my wait is minimal best app ever!

Everything was fine for the most part. I ordered in advance through the Starbucks app and my order was ready when I arrived. However,  one of the items I ordered was not ready.  When I asked for it, I was told they were out of Apple Juice. I ordered the hot apple spice. I had to get something else in the place of it. I didn't have time to get back in a line so I just got a hot chocolate instead. I asked if there was a price difference and I  was told the hot chocolate was more. Come to find out after just literally checking the price, the hot chocolate was actually less. Every penny counts! It would be nice if they check or even know the prices to tell the customer instead of assuming. Point to be made and a suggestion for Starbucks: if something is out that a customer ordered through the mobile app, a notification needs to be sent and/or a quick phone call to inform the customer and/or to see if they would like to replace it with something else or not.

Great coffee and customer service but $12 for a medium coffee and a sandwich is a bit much in my opinion. So definitely not an every morning spot for me. But a treat every now and again won't hurt😊

After spending 30 minutes in drive thru, I finally got to the window and the girl dropped my card. My card flew away and they made me go get it. Once I got my card I still had to wait 15 minutes for my drink while the employees laughed and joked. The whole time my drink was sitting right there and they passed me the drink without apologizing or anything. She just said here you go.  The drink was cold by then !! worst experience ever !!

I went to this location before 2pm. They were out of all salads. No cookie dough cake pops. Out of caramel brulee latte. I was ordering for a long time because everything I wanted was "sold out "
