I ordered online and when I got to the the location my order was not ready. I had to wait 15 extra minutes to receive my order. The purpose of ordering online was so I would not have to wait to receive my food. I'm sorry guys you guys failed that one.

They’ve gotten better over the past few months. They are faster. If you want to avoid the line all together I suggest ordering online and you’ll skip the line every time. In and out in a matter of minutes.

The food isn't bad but waiting in line is ridiculous!! It takes a good 25 minutes to get at least to the front of the line and when you get to the front of the line the employees handle all the business somebody not serving orders in store should do.Before you even get to tell them which rice you want you have to wait a good ten minutes because the person supposed to be helping you is doing takeout orders and not being prepared with new food if they run out of something, so if that happens you have to wait longer for them to get a fresh supply of something when there should be other people behind the counter who should handle the takeout orders and getting replenishment. There should also be a separate line for takeouts so that paying would be so much faster for both takeout and in store costumers I understand this place is new but if your gonna own a business you know people are gonna come to you need to make sure your staff and general order of the restaurant is on point.

Slow service & terrible tasting food. The food was not even edible. Absolutely bland. Who ever is the owner here should visit another location to learn how the food it is made.

I was happy to see this location open near me, but lately I've been really disappointed with the quality/cleanliness. The chicken is heavily seasoned with salt. On one occasion I had to get a refund because I couldn't eat my meal due to it being too salty. I've continued going about once a month hoping it'll get better, but unfortunately it hasn't as of this evening. The tables were dirty & the utensil/soda area needed cleaning. So I'll have to drive further to get my chipotle fix :(
