I called in an order 11/14/17 at the LongHorn at Camp Creek for the half rack rib meal and a slice of key lime pie. Lisa was great she took my order but my half rack of ribs were awful. Everything else was fine but the ribs did not taste fresh and were not what I expected. I would not recommend buying the half rack ribs because of my experience. I'll contact the manager to see what they can do about this and will come back to update whether I was taken care of or not. 11/18/17 I called Longhorn today and spoke with Kitchen Manager, David Williams, who made the wrong right by providing me with a gift card to make up for the bad food I received on 11/14/17. I really wish all managers were like David!

We had a wonderful time tonight at this location. As our party of 6 entered our hostess immediately found us a table. Our waiter, William, was attentive, personable and quite a good waiter. But, as always, our steaks were the stars of the show. Every order, every steak, was perfectly cooked and deliciously tender. It was a nice evening from start to finish.

Ugh! I hate camp creek area. Just the finest children of the SWATS and college park working here. Terrible service everywhere.

The Bad: There was an awful smell entering the lobby. It smelled like a cross between a sour toilet and rotten Cesar dressing. Several people noticed it while entering and the smell was strong. The wait time on Saturday evening. We came around 7:15 and were told that the wait would be 15 to 20 minutes. The wait was 45 minutes. The bathroom was disgusting. No seat covers, and urine on the toilets. Lack of Staff: It appeared that this location was short staffed, thus leading to one hostess, or one waitress working a large section. The Good The service. The hostess was very friendly and polite. Our waitress Misha was very sweet and great with remembering all details. The food: Compliments to the chef! Our food was delicious. My boyfriend's steak was delicious. My salmon was moist, and it melted in my mouth. The sweet potato was moist, and was so good, I did not even have to add the butter and cinnamon sugar. The broccoli was soft with a hint of garlic. My son loved his broccoli, and he is 2. My boyfriend raved about the mashed potatoes. Overall, the food and service saved this experience. However, the wait time had me and several others angry. Also the smell in the lobby would have made some one with a sensitive stomach vomit. And the bathroom was unacceptable. This visit could have went sour if the food did not deliver. Kudos to the wait staff and the chef. I will return, but not on a Saturday night. The wait is unacceptable.

We went there really as a last resort since all the other restaurants were over an hour wait for a table. We didn't mind the 30 minute wait time to be seated because it was a Saturday evening. My mother and I ordered the sirloin special for $12.99 (6oz sirloin w/a side, salad, choice of appetizer, soup, or desert). With Longhorn being a steakhouse, I expected for my steak to be perfect. Both of our steaks were really hard to cut and tasted like we were chewing the bottom of a tennis shoe. Our waitress was nice but seemed very overwhelmed, it was extremely hard to get her attention. When we complained about the quality of the steak, she proceeded to explain to me that that cut of beef is normally tough. I've had many sirloins and none that tough and both were cooked medium rare. The manager echoed that same sorry excuse when he came over. We paid for everything else except the steaks. I doubt that I will go back.
