Last night me and my family came here for my cousin birthday and it was good food was good but for the price naw and at the end our waiter was telling us most of our cards wasn't going through and we had to pay cash but finding out she was only doing that so she wouldn't have to share the gratuity which I felt was wrong but I know I wouldn't go again cause what if I didn't have cash.

My family and I were told we had a 35 min wait. We stepped outside to wait. Came back and found out our name had been deleted. We were told our name had been called twice. We were outside there was no place to wait inside comfortably. Thus we waited outside of the facility. We were told they would add our name back to the list and would have more wait time. We were not willing to wait any longer and they were not going to provide any accommodation. We the promptly left. Unfortunately, this is now a reason to leave our side of town to take my money to other communities to spend.

I ordered the Shrimp and Steak Hibachi dinner, which is a usual for me whenever I go out to a hibachi place. I always order my steaks 'medium rare' not medium, not well, and certainly not well done. I had to send back my steak twice, and on this third round the waitress -instead of apologizing, put down the bowl of meat that is still not medium rare and just said that this was it and that they would just charge for a kid's shrimp meal. This issue I have is first, there should be an apology considering I had to keep sending part of my order back, two -each time the meat came out EXACTLY the same as it did the previous time. I understand the waitress is not cooking my meal, but she should be paying attention to the details and apologizing as that is what makes up good customer service. Also to note: she just returned and looked in the bowl and asked if it was okay. Um, no ma'am, the meat is still as tough as it was when you set it down and I told you that it wasn't correct before you wandered off. Update: Ask for the manager who tries to explain away the fact that my meat still was not what I asked for. Cooking something on the grill does not mean you cannot make it medium rare. This is not my first rodeo.

1st ever visit. We enjoyed the atmosphere. Our food was excellent. Loved our alcoholic beverages. at the hibachi grill. They gave is plenty.
