Connor at Chipotle is one outstanding employee. He makes the best burritos and bowls, always cheerful and asks you questions to make sure you get what you want. The restaurant is always clean and there is an outdoor area you can sit on a nice day. Fresh food and friendly service.

I've been going to this Chipotle every Friday for about 4 years. I work at a radio station nearby, and it's one of the only restaurants I can eat at without getting sick. When I first started coming, the managers greeted me warmly and the employees recognized me and appreciated my business. Now every Friday its a new employee, and they give less food without the warm courtesy as before. This past Friday my bowl had about half the food it normally does. You do the math. I'm not asking for them to blow trumpets when I come in, but they clearly don't care anymore.

I go here almost every day and am never disappointed. Great food, friendly staff, and a clean eating area. Can sometimes get busy, but the line moves fast and the chipotle tabasco sauce is DA BOMB! Will be a repeat customer all of the time!

Poor management. The most consistently bad experience of all the chipotle restaurants in the area. They are almost always out of at least one major ingredient, and often two or more. I only keep coming here because it is the closest location, and I keep hoping there will be a change. After this last bad experience, I'll be going elsewhere. ( I gave 2 stars because the menu items that aren't out are well prepared.

I've probably been here over 100 times because it's convenient and close to home. About half the time it's great. The other half it's awful. This location has abysmal quality control, poorly prepared meals, online orders are frequently 15+ minutes late, skimping on extra meat, etc. There seems to be poor management and quality seems to vary significantly from crew to crew.
