Food is good.  Service is good.  Overpriced for breakfast food, though.  Just recently renovated and looks great.  My only complaint is the music played (something I almost never complain about).  Please, please stop with the  Love Songs channel!!!  There is only so much of the Carpenters a person can take!!!

Hostess was rude to begin with. After waiting for a table for two we were seated at a very small table with absolutely no space to move around or be able to eat. The hostess dropped the menus and left immediately. Absolutely horrible service. We left to go to a restaurant with better customer service and space. On another note, if you have small children or a baby with you while eating your meal please make sure all of the diaper bags and car seats are out of the way of the walkway and do not impede on other table's space.

I just ordered the 2x2 with pancakes. The butter is not melting on the pancakes so I ask for hotter ones. Server Beverly brings another order that is not hot and butter does not melt. She says "I can put them in the microwave". Really!!! I can microwave pancakes at home.

Nice place.  Great location to stores.  The food is Good as always. Fast service.

Waited 15 minutes for a table for two at 11 AM Saturday.  When I was called, I was denied seating because my other party had not yet arrived.  Met party in parking lot a moment later and headed over to Cracker Barrel.  Way more accommodating staff that understand what "customer service" means.
