Food was good and service friendly. My only problem with waffle house....they never get everyone's order right. There's always one order that completely wrong. Tighten up guys. Of course they fix it without question or attitude but that's not the point. We came to eat together. Now 3 people have are eating while 1 waits.

The few times I have been, the experience has always been consistent with other waffle houses I have been to. The most recent one was interesting though as I do not think the cook was too experienced. I always order a fiesta plate, scattered and chunked, with raisin toast. It's just my go to comfort food. The omelet was definitely different this time. It was not beaten/whisked, and it was actually made on the grill than in a pan. When it got to me, it was not a consistent yellow color, rather mixed with blotches of white and yellow here and there. Since it was not made in a pan, the white parts were littered with black flakes from the grill top. I also got white toast rather than raisin which I kind of just munch on anyway so it was not a big deal. The omelet though has it's normal flavors still, just looked off. The waitress though had stepped out for a cigarette leaving me waiting to pay while the inexperienced cook glancing at me as she was eating her sandwich. When she finally realized it was time to pay, she did admit she just learned out to use the square payment kiosk so I figured she was new. Out of all the times I've been there, only one time was inconsistent and that was probably due to having someone new. I will still come here when I get the urge of an omelet.
