Atmosphere, Decor, Staff friendliness and service is very good. They have amazing deserts and their Shrimp fajita with coconut rum cocktail is something you should try. Prices are not rocket high so it's affordable clean family restaurants. Even the Utah police is found here enjoying their meal :-)

Just ate a rib eye steak there with the mashes potatoes and broccoli. Asked for medium rare got well done. Was going to let that pass. But then I get hair in the potatoes that I was eating. Omg I wanted to vomit. Then they only take my meal that got messed up off the bill. Are you kidding me of course I'm not going to pay for a meal I'm not eating but comp the 17 for the damn gross food I just got served. Don't eat here without checking your food

As far as the j restaurants go, this location is fine. Great, even. Good chicken. Love their appetizers. Last time I went, I planned on getting dessert, but the waitress didn't offer and brought us a check. Lost that sale, oh well. Saved on calories, at least.

Terrible service! Waited to be sat for like 10 mins before anyone bothered to acknowledge me. Ordered a bar drink that took 15 minutes to get! Food was not great. Ordered enchiladas and the beans were dried out and the rice was hard! Place didn't seem that busy and my water was left empty for quite some time and I couldn't see my server anywhere to ask for a refill. I've had this server a few times and I don't at all care for his attitude or his loud mouth. I've smelled alcohol around him on more than one occasion and sometimes I've gotten a whiff stronger on him after he's come back to my table to check on me. I don't know if he's drinking alcohol on the job or what but it's completely unacceptable and unprofessional if this is what's happening. It's no wonder with servers like this that the place is falling apart. I used to come to this location often until I moved a bit further away. The food and service used to be really great but seems to have gone downhill. I've been to this location a few times in the past few months since moving back into salt lake hoping that the quality would improve, but not much has changed in service quality or food, so I doubt I will return to this location ever again.

Grab yourself a beer or a Mountain Dew if you are a salt lake native, because this review is doozy. The steak fajita put up quiet the fight, Goodyear would be proud to use these steaks in their rubber for tires. My girlfriend had the baby back ribs, nothing baby about these bad boys, straight fat and grizzled like a war veteran. If chili’s reputation is built on the ribs, the only way this place is staying afloat is from the sale of gift cards from your creepy uncle Steve and the times where grandma takes you out on the town. To finish, I want my money back, money back, money back, money back, moneyyyyyyy back please.
