Never ordered from this company before. Menu pictures looked great. I choose a Mac & Cheese and saw the size of the plate in my takeaway bag and thought "this is a good portion". On getting back to my office it was just boiled mac pasta and a very light sprinkle of cheese in the middle. I don't know if it's supposed to be that way but to me there was just dry pasta and hardly any cheese to speak of. I might need to rethink my understanding of mac and cheese. Less is more. afterward I did savor some flavor, like butter so maybe I was just expecting Craft mac and cheese and I got a very different experience. Not sure if I want to try anything else to find out. I asked others in the office and they said that other stores of Noodles and company have lush creamy mac and cheese so I think they either have a new chief or untrained staff giving it a go.

I've always loved the food at noodles and company ever since they began opening locations in salt lake county. I've even worked for them and I will vouch that although the pay sucks they are a good company to work for. However this location has serious staff and management issues. I understand that this is the busiest location in Utah but it is no excuse for the filth and squalor that is 400 S Noodles n Co. Every time I come in it's very dirty, the staff are standing idly by (they also seem very unhappy). It's a coin flip on whether the cashier will be friendly or not. If the kitchen gives you the menu item you ordered you can't count on them finding a way to mess it up. The last time I came in my truffle Mac n cheese had so little cheese that it tasted like straight truffle oil. Absolutely disgusting. I don't think this location is going to be in business very much longer. I would recommend going to the noodles and company in sugar house or Murray. They have friendly staff and good food. I wouldn't return to this location ever again.

Nice simple menu with great dishes. My son loves the pesto, I enjoy the pan noodles and my wife likes Alfredo MontAmore. All very good dishes. They have dishes for light and healthy meals along with scrumptious macaroni dishes to fill you up.

Whenever we place online orders this location always forgets either one of our sides, a cookie, or a protein in our noodles, etc. This time it was the cookies. I only keep going back because my GF loves noodles and co but this is the last time we'll be going. Anyways drove home without opening the bag which was stapled shut because of how busy the location was. The line that was labeled for online pick up was apparently the line for the walk in orders as well which we were never informed of until a lady explained we had cut in line to which I replied that it was the online order line and the worker behind the counter shouted out its "it's the line for both!" After which the lady behind me was taken aback and said it was okay so we grabbed our order and we waited for the cashier to hand us our drinks which we had to remind him were on the order so first the dude hands me regular cups and we ordered 2 large and the guy went to grab my receipt like I'm the one who doesn't know what I'm doing here. After this whole thing they were out of Dr pepper and the other machine was out of ice. Whatever at this point we just wanted to leave so we could brave the horrible traffic and parking situation outside to get home and realize no cookies. Which were 4.00$ plus tax. So I try calling the restaurant to see if I can just get it refunded to my card but lo and behold I wait on hold for almost 5 minutes waiting for someone to answer so at this point I just drive back because I live close by but honestly this happens so much if this is the last time I eat noodles I want my darn cookies it's worth the gas to drive back. Walk in and no one is in line and the cashier is chatting with a patron and so I ask him why my cookies weren't in the bag and he just kind of stares blankly at me like he didn't just see me 15 minutes ago to which the lady that barked at me before just kind of blurted out "You can just grab em" so I left without saying anything else. See ya noodles and co. It's been real.

Currently waiting at this location for our food, it has been 45 minutes and we still have no food. Not to mention that all of the tables were filthy so there was no where to sit and an employee wouldn't come out and clean a few off. People that ordered after us have gotten their food and already left. I have pictures of how filthy this location is. Not impressed at all. They take care of the to go orders are forget about the Dine ins.
