First off, I tried to give the restaurant a call to place a takeout order and was told they do not take orders over the phone and strictly have to be in person or order online. LOL. I came to pick up food from this IHOP and parked in the curbside parking space designated for CURBSIDE PICKUP. The sign clearly states to call their restaurant phone number to let them know you have arrived. I call and the woman states she cannot bring it out to the car because its “past 10pm” and shes the only one in there. I go inside to pickup my food and as I am waiting I could not help but notice the ASTOUNDING amount of dirty tables visible to me and any other potenital guest. Not one, not two, but about 6-8 dirty tables with food and drinks still left out on them….. DISGUSTING! So you cannot bring out my food because you are too busy looking at the dirty plates on your table. Then 5 minutes later she walks to her car…. Anyway I open my food in the car and 20 minutes later I still see dirty tables thru the front window. Oh and by the way all the food was COLD! 0 stars if i could

This is our favorite ihop. There’s usually only a couple of people working and they all have a great attitude. One time, a hostess even stepped in to handle our table because the only server was so busy. The foods consistently good. The dining area could be more clean, but that’s probably due to always being understaffed.

Haven't been to Ihop for many years. Wonderful server. Food was good. Prices are reasonable. Look forward to returning. My service dog loved it too.  Parking: Excellent parking available .  Wheelchair accessibility: Missing the curb cut for handicapped parking.  Dietary restrictions: Server was accommodating to make sure our food was exactly what we wanted

Eggs over easy were grossly undercooked and cold. There was a hair in one of my companions' fries. This was last last Wednesday.

I eat here on a regular basis, however my last few experiences there were less than commendable. The food was okay, the waitress was great, but the management when they were in the store we're very unkept and the many workers were just walking around and not acknowledging new customers. I was very disappointed in watching this happen.

Had a server named Rylee. The place was packed and we were sat quickly. The server approached us right away and actually while she was getting our drinks two others came by to make sure we were taken care of quickly. I asked Rylee if they had sections and she said when they are busy the help each other out which impressed me ! The food was pretty much what i would expect but was pretty good. i had turkey sandwich w fries and my son got his favorite chicken w pancakes. Had a great experience ! We go there all the time and would definitely go back !!!!

I ordered the NY Cheesecake. When it came out, the plate did not look like the picture. The Strawberry w/whipped cream was bare. Was charged extra for an additional Strawberries & the Waitress added the Tip automatically w/o it being given to herFood: 5/5

My food was served cold and a milkshake made my daughter feel sick leaving her unable to eat her meal. The waitress had an attitude when I shared what was going on. The host was the only one who tried to make it right, while the General Manager gave him a hard time for it right in front of the customer. Dirty environment in the restroom as well. Brunch disaster! Never again!!

The waiters were bad mouthing each other the entire time in the back and around guests. Our server Claudette made us feel guilty for being there as she said, “I was off work until you came in and my boss said I have to wait on you.” We constantly felt uncomfortable eating as the staff was arguing and having side conversations at tables next to us. Completely unprofessional.

Worst ihop I've ever been to. Not busy at all, still took 20 minutes to get seated. Took 40 minutes to get food and it was still wrong. Waitress never came to refill drinks. Couldn't even flag her down. When she finally brought the bill she just hovered by the table for 20 minutes waiting on her tip. Both tables next to me had the same problems with different servers
