First the made my order wrong that I had placed via chipotle app and picked up with chipotlane. Called and spoke to manager who stated they would replace my order. Came today for replacement, had to wait a bit so the employees could verify I was told my order could be replaced...came home to eat and recieved a WHOLE Avocado in my guacamole. This restaurant needs to do better
I stopped eating at this location because of the customer service and the food wasn't that great. And for some reason I though they had maybe gotten better. I was wrong. Do not waste your time. I ordered door dash and they didn't put meat in the burrito bowl. the food taste old. I tried to call the store and got placed on hold. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. You'd be better off at Taco bell!!!!!!
Why did y’all stop serving beer? It’s on your menu but you haven’t had any in a very long time. Your location is located in a Kroger’s shopping center just go buy some beer. If your answer is that you don’t sell enough beer to justify caring it then you need to remove it from your menu and remove the metric for tracking it. You can’t sell something that you don’t have.
I haven’t been to Chipotle before and thought I’d give it a try. My fiancé ordered the garlic steak but when the lady asked the cook if they had any in the back he just looked at her. He walked to the food line, placed a cover on the garlic steak and when she asked if he was going to make more he just stared and didn’t answer. I ordered lettuce, chicken, and cheese bowl with avocado, blanco queso that just tasted like onion and cheese with sour cream that came to $14. Overall, the lady was polite and patient, but it’s pricey and the food is mediocre.
I ordered food to go January 30th 2023. The light skin girl with the bug eyes had such an attitude. She acted like I insulted her when I literally just walked in. I make sure to say please and thank you, but any time I asked for a little more of something which was twice she would do it like I was asking for too much. When I mistakenly asked if the extra tortillas were mine she yelled “no” like I was a child. Even when I opened the tortillas they were folded in on themselves like she threw it in the press and didn’t care if all of it got warmed. I try my best to be respectful of workers bc customers can really be rude for no reason, but I had never even seen this girl at this chipotle, so I’m really not understanding her attitude. Our entire interaction lasted about 5 minutes and she had a stank attitude the entire time.
Went to this location to order food Togo Friday January 6, 2023 and there was two girls not helping the young man that was stretched between the window, DoorDash, and the line of customers waiting to order. When they did finally come and help one girl did not change her gloves from bringing in patio chairs before handling food as well as she handled that trash with those same gloves and went into handling a DoorDash food order. The second girl went outside to give a DoorDash we the correct food after giving him the wrong order and did not change her gloves after coming back in and continued to make food. This is way against health code!
Cheapes out of the meat. Only a half of scoop or from rice to beans to the meat and when you ask for extra they give a quarter of it and call it a double. Shane wanted to try it and see if it change on the portion but nope it is worst. Not worth still not bad food.
Update 11/29/22: Pick up my mobile order this evening and got home to find that I received the wrong order. I went all the way back to the restaurant to receive my correct order and expected a refund for my inconvenience. Then the manager, Ana, told me that I have to call a number in order to resolve this issue, in a very rude tone. By the way, my order was UNDER $10, it was just one bowl. Ana did not seem to care about my inconvenience of time and gas wasted to travel all the way back and was not apologetic in any manner. By far the poorest customer service I’ve experienced at any business, management needs to desperately be reworked. I also called the number she gave me and was put on hold for over 30min before I decided to hang up. So I am changing my review from 2 stars to 1 star due to poor customer service and management at this establishment. Old review: Ingredients are usually not fresh and they give small portions. They also close an hour earlier than they are supposed to for some reason. Definitely not the best chipotle to go to.
I go to Chipotle a lot, and this is the closest location to my house, so I have gone here quite a few times. The employees don't seem that attentive and have rang up my order wrong several times, but I'm generally fine with overlooking stuff like that as long as the food is good. Don't think I will be going back though as the last time I went my sofritas tasted off. I really love Chipotle, I just wish they weren't so overexpanded. Most locations cook the veggies so quickly that they're still raw if they're even cut into small pieces and don't really know how to char the chicken properly. 11/2 Update: This location continues to be terrible. I went there yesterday and see on my debit card statement that they overcharged me by a factor of three. $19.70 for two barbacoa tacos. 10/21/22 Update; This location seems to have improved since the last time I went.
Delivery driver perspective Drivers and customers. I can guarantee the order will never be done when the driver gets there and there's almost always a wait. They're definitely not the fastest restaurant in the world. Customers, please keep this in mind when you order. It's not the driver hanging out making you wait. Chipotle is by far and away the #1 chain restaurant that has the most complaints amongst drivers in the US. Taco Bell would be next Read the Reddit subs. So, 2 stars is generous here. They get two stars because I've never had a problem with the actual order . It's always accurate
