Great Taco Bell location with friendly and helpful staff. I placed a mobile order and wanted a Baja Blast, but the mobile app only offer Baja Blast Zero. When I got there to pick up my order, the worker asked if I wanted regular or zero! Service was fast and the order was accurate!
Just left tonight, ordered two Mexican Combos Mexican pizza and 2 taco Supremes. We ordered one of those combos, easy on the cheese on the pizza and no sour cream on the tacos. Well none of that happened. Both combos made all the way. Wasted money since I don't like sour cream and a lot of cheese. Tried calling back it just rang and ranged then turned into a fax sound. Tried calling back and seems as though the phone is off the hook. Just sad, lack of paying attention to details.
This is the second time it has happen to me. We don’t get our complete order. Last time we where missing our taco and tonight we order three #7 and only got two and we don’t check thinking the employees are on top of it. Next time I will take everything out!! So upsetting when you have to feed three boys and they always end up sharing
With the inclusion of several new flavorful vegetarian options and an inside oder kiosk, similar to McDonalds, and Mobil app ordering, there isn't much to hate on. Most food is fully customizable now, and as long as you have reasonable expectations, fresh and flavorful food can be had at a value. Inside is nicer, than you would think. There are power plugs for charging devices, purse/bag hooks, and a decent music mix playing in the background. Their new Mexican pizza is still disgusting though, and does not rival the 90's version.
I was missing a good portion of my items. I attempted to reach the store several times via phone and there was no response. It is never my intentions to give away free money. Was hoping for a solution for missing items, but you can’t even get in touch with them as they don’t answer the phone. Highly disappointed in the lack of attention .
I am vegetarian and when I opened what I thought was loaded vegetarian fries, as it said on the menu VEG, it was covered in tons of meat I never asked for. Almost half of the time I go to Taco Bell I have to deal with meat in my food! CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!! Vegetarian options: ALWAYS CHECK IF THE VEGETARIAN OPTIONS HAVE MEAT WHEN YOU RECEIVE IT BECAUSE THERE IS MEAT ABOUT 50% OF THE TIME! I CANNOT STRESS THAT ENOUGH!!!
This was my first Taco Bell visit in Texas since probably 2012. This location does a great job and the staff is super friendly and helpful. $5 for a huge box of nachos and a drink - pretty good deal, and quality was good? A billion calories, but yeah I knew what I was getting into.
Stopped by after work on a Saturday night. Greeted by Ian per the receipt and order was taken promptly. He was very friendly and provided great customer service. Food was brought out by another gentleman employee and he was also very friendly. Customer service in the fast food industry has been disappointing in the past few years, but this Taco Bell and these 2 seemed to value customers and even provided friendly service! Job well done :
Horrible!! Says dine in open at 10am. It is noon doors are locked. My window cant go down and cannot use drive through.
Notentirely their franchised fault, but the app has better pricing for same items in some cases, and shows items this location does not sell. Akward!
