Honestly, I don’t know why I keep ordering from here. Ordered Uber Eats, paid $23. This is what arrived. No sour cream, no lettuce, no salsa. Previous orders were also very skinny on the fillings and you still pay $20+.
This might be the worst chipotle I have ever been to. The first thing I saw when I walked in was an employee having a public freak out of some sort. She got up and left too. The girl who took our order and made our food was very rude. She slammed the tortilla warmer down, rolled her eyes, claimed that they had no dressing but another employee came and got it from the back. Every chipotle I have ever been to allowed me to get white rice that didn’t have cilantro in it, but the girl literally just said “no you can’t have that”. I’m not exactly sure how you would make cilantro rice without plain white rice to begin with but oh well. Soda machine was broken and lemonades looked like they were sitting there for days. Next, the bathroom. The men’s room sink was filled with hair shavings. Picture is attached.
Do better! i just got the completely wrong order delivered to me. Every time i go to this location it’s something if it’s the fact that they run out of basic ingredients like cheese, employees having the worst attitude known to the human existence, or if it’s delivering the wrong orders that you physically can’t eat. this location should be shut down ill stick to moes. Literally theeeeee worst Chipotle…probably in the entire Pittsburgh. The only place I have ever encountered where they tell me how they will NOT make my food that I am going to consume. I asked for extra rice because they give you the absolute skimpiest scoops and was literally told “no.” I said how is it that you’re telling me how you won’t make my food? He said because we charge for extra. I said well how you handle that is by saying “we charge extra for extra rice” and I would’ve said that’s fine considering I just also asked for double meat chicken and steak and wasn’t told “no.” They’re the worst services Chipotle and there’s never anyone there managing them. If there is, the manager has got to be just as bad. Just last week 2 of the employees were on the line arguing and cursing in front of the customers. TERRIBLEEEEE!!!
Not great. I ordered a pickup and it was ice cold. The beans and meat tasted like they came out of the refrigerator on top of the other ingredients being colder than I'm used to at other locations. I was prompt at my pickup as well which was only five minutes from when I placed the order.Food: 2/5
Went in at 7pm on a Tuesday open until 10pm they were out of a lot of stuff including; guacamole, corn salsa, queso etc. They also took forever to serve you, and they were rude and not very polite. They also had an issue ringing me up. Stay away from this place. Should left.
I am a GH driver, the workers are very bad, they don't know how to talk to customers, most of the orders are ready, but no one gives them, I wanted to choose them myself, the cashier girl spoke badly, the customers are
So much for customer service. 10pm means 10pm. Always seems understaffed. Fajita veggies only about 20% of the time. They basically just overfill your bowl with rice and skimp on everything else.
If you want to wait outside for thirty minutes past the time they promised your order, this Chipotle location is the one for you!! Fully staffed with unorganized and unprofessional employees who love to keep customers guessing...! You can't beat the hot tan you'll get standing and waiting while your food lines up with the rest getting cold..! Come on down..! Where our under paid and over worked employees will ruin your lunch! We guarantee it!!!
Rude employees and food doesn't live up to what Chipotle quality should be. Constantly get orders wrong.
