Saying quality fast food sounds wrong but this brand is actually that! They serve what you expect from a fast food, simple burgers, good fries and a drink to get quickly. The bun, the meat and topings are all delicious and tasty. The fries are excellent fresh cut potatoes pieces with the skin on. Here is a tip, do not order a large french fries, the small one is already huge as they fill the bag with fries and not the tiny basket
The place is big enough to find seat and enjoy the food. I’ve been to the one in the US as well and the French version isn’t so different. They propose food in similar size. Since it’s American, there’s no formula for a menu, you have to buy thing separately compared to McDo or Burger King for example. However the burger remains really tasty just like the fries. I usually go for the cheeseburger since it’s my favorite but I might try other thing when I will go back to Five Guys.
People told us to be prepared for rude Parisians, in reality, the only rude people we met in Paris were at a Californian fast food restaurant. Manager screaming abuse at his staff. Milkshakes coming ten minutes after food and only after several reminders. Staff heaving several straws at me when I asked for 1 more than the single Straw presented for 2 shakes. Filthy restaurant. Rude service. And for the price of a fancy meal. 50 euros for 2 burgers, 2 small fries, 2 shakes. Ridiculous and not aligned with Five Guys chain in the US.
Fresh American style burger in the heart of Paris! Loved the Budweiser beer too! Cajun style the fries, it has some good heat! I am totally satisfied! Friendly girl who took my order, welcomed me to Paris!
Currently sitting in the restaurant. It’s a busy Saturday night and it was a little hectic. Louis jumped in and started taking orders on a tablet to help the line. The soda machines were down and I was with my pregnant friend who was not feeling well and wanted a sprite. He specifically asked if it was working for sprite and someone else who had just worked with the machine told him yes. We checked out and went to get a drink and the machine was not working. And they would not give her a bottle of sprite behind the counter because it was only for delivery. She asked if she could have water and she said yes but it was cheaper than the fountain drink we paid for but wouldn’t give her a refund. However, the rest of the team kept selling the beverages knowing the machine was broken. The right thing would have been to give the bottles of soda and refunds and the manager on duty said no. There were lots of upset customers. And Louis handled it all without panicking. He had great customer service skills and kept cool under pressure. We thanked him again and he chatted with us for a second and he was very personable. He did a great job! We appreciated his kindness!
Hotdog is €5.5; hamburger €9.90... It is a well known place among youth! You can wait for the que most of the time before service. Well desinged inside, ıt is your taste, it is delecious but nothing extraordinary. Try it but if you miss ve sure that you missed nothing.
You design your own burger. You want to try this! TIP: frites portions are generous. Think about it when you order 4 medium sized for your family. Well… we could live with two:-
Mediocre experience in service, food and price. Claggy burger bun that sticks to the roof of your mouth, disinterested staff and no 'menu' option so each element has a stand-alone price. This was my 2nd try with Five Guys. There won't be a 3rd. For the same price, I can go to an actual burger restaurant and get better service and quality good.
It's 5 Guys, say less, delicious burger.
Yes it’s pricey. But it’s damn good and juicy burgers cheeseburger is a must try. 10 euro for a cheese, 6 for a little hamburger. Once again it’s pure burgers with quality products. If you love tasty products go there.
