I'm happy to say that cleaned up nicely. Tables, floor, and bathrooms were all very clean now. The staff was nice, and the food was very typical of Burger King.. The soda machine was out of several flavors again, but that had my favorites, so I didn't care much.Dine in: Yes
So I worked there from September 13 2022 until November 29 2022 & the staff & management are AMAZING!!! They'll work with you if you need to come in late or if you're sick & they'll let you pick up extra hours when others need off. I liked my job & my boss a lot & I ONLY quit because I'm moving back to Los Angeles. Anyways I'd definitely recommend this restaurant to ANYONE who's hungry.
Two stars because the drive thru window staff are pretty good and professional. They lose stars because the app never works right, you cannot seem to place a pick up order on the mobile app and this place does ‘door dash only’ after 11pm. That’s ridiculous. I can’t see any reason for this. Even the employees don’t know why they do this
It's really cool you can order it your way, just don't expect to get what you order. I ordered a sandwich with no onion and got lots, the bread was hard to boot. Then went to sip my ice cold diet Dr pepper and surprised to find it was sweet ice tea. I suggest just pull up and say surprise me, cause that's what you get anyway. Unfortunately I drove to work to eat and did not realize my order was wrong until too late and not enough time or energy to run back across town.
Wanted to try the new Italian King Chicken sandwich for dinner & wow what a disappointment. Don't waste your money! The chicken was overfried & tasted like oil. Hardly any marinara was used so that plus the oily chicken left the sandwich VERY dry. The cheese was melted nicely, however the layers weren't evenly assembled so about half the sandwich was stuck to the wrapper. After 3 bites I gave up and fed the rest to my dogs. The onion rings were soggy and tasted like old oil. Finally, to top it off the Coke was completely flat!! Won't be eating here again.
The man with the drive-thru microphone was being very rude to both the driver in front of me and then me when I pulled up. I started by ordering the swiss and bacon chicken sandwich and he was frustrated with me and told me they don't have any chicken. This is the third time in a row where I have gone to BK and they haven't been able to make the chicken sandwich the last time I went was 2 months ago. After paying and I didn't receive a receipt from him, I started quietly recording because something felt off. When he came back to the window I asked for sweet and sour and Marinara sauce for the second time and also asked for a receipt. He told me to pull forward and that the receipt machine was broken so he couldn't give me a receipt. I then pulled forward there were only 3 cars there the entire 20 minutes I was in the drive thru. One in front of me and then eventually one behind me. and then after a few more minutes, he came out to give me my food and forgot the Marinara sauce for the Mozzarella sticks and sweet and sour for the chicken nuggets. So he went back in frustrated and then he came back and dropped some sauces into the bag and I drove off. It was 8 p.m. at this point and dark so I wasn't able to read what sauces he put in.. Then after I opened the bag 5 minutes later, I saw that he didn't give any sweet and sour and instead gave me ranch. The Mozzarella sticks were cold and the cheese inside was hard and fries were both cold and soggy as well. This whole experience was an absolute nightmare. I also later checked and put my order in the mobile order app to see how much it would cost with tax and he overcharged my card as well. This has been a trend for me at this Burgerking. I didn't complain anymore there because I prefer to avoid confrontation but this has happened all 4 times we have come here in the last 2 years. I wouldn't have come here if my wife wasn't craving a original chicken sandwich. However, I will drive farther next time to make sure this doesn't happen again.
Worst fast food meal I've ever had in my life. Cold and stale. If I was eating in the restaurant I would have sent it back and refused to pay. Health department needs to check this place.
I was a lil disappointed with this visit the cashier was nice and curtious . Now the bathroom was clean but the food well the fries were the only thing that was hot and fresh the 2 burgers I got were cold and there was a lot of sodas out and they didn't have my sprite uggg that put a lil damper on my day so I had to get Dr pepper Parking: Plenty of parking they are not very busy anymore Wheelchair accessibility: Yes they are wheelchair accessible
Absolutely some of the rudest people on the intercom. I put in a mobile app I gave her the number. She asked for my name. I said my name I repeated the number and was told "yeah OK I just needed your name". I also ask for receipt because I need a paper receipt for my CPA. Didn't get that. In the girl I spoke without the intercom absolutely refused to look at me. Because I was definitely ready to tell her how rude I thought she was. Not the 1st time this has happened at this location. I don't know what bug you put up people's behind but could you please extract extract it and create a good work environment so people may actually like coming to work and be nice to their customers? Having better food service for 30 plus years and now having my own business customer service is a key. It's a key that your employees have lost.
if you're expecting pleasant service, you might want to go elsewhere. the staff will argue with you over the speaker and speak down to you, not to mention when you get to the window they sling your food out at you so everything is a mess in the bag when you get to it. being short staffed isn't an excuse to be rude.
