Ridiculous portions, less than a big spoonful of rice, they train staff to add as little as possible, overtime I have seen chipotle locations add less and less stuff, making meals and portions smaller and smaller, I feel ripped off, feel like I am getting a kids meal. So, after a long work day, I decide on coming here. I'm very frustrated because by the time I finally order my food, I am told that there is no rice available. You work there so I'm uncertain how you would all of a sudden realize there is no rice for my bowl. And the worst part is that I'm told with a laugh to my face from the cooks which is so rude because it was like they were laughing at me. Yep, customer service is definitely lacking here in round rock chipotle.

Just picked up my online order. There is practically no rice in the bowl (but there is a small small spoonful of rice so I know they knew it should have been in there). The same goes for the beans. The bowl looks fairly empty.

Never had a bad experience at a Chipotle. Been going to them for as long as they have been in existence. They're vegetarian friendly, have tons of options, both healthy & not-so, the BEST chips and guacamole! Great tea, beer and even margaritas if you want it! And best of all, they source their meat from farms who treat their animals ethically, don't pump them full of chemicals, which would later end up in your body. When I think of Chipotle, I think responsible, ethical, and delicious!

Not a bad Chipotle. It's pretty good. You know exactly what to expect when you come in here. tell them what you want, put it in a bowl or a burrito wrap it up and go
