I decided to try 5 Guys for the 1st time since I don't have one in my hometown, and I had heard good things. The ordering experience was good, the restaurant was clean and appealing, and the service was quick and with a smile. However, the cheeseburger that I paid $8 for was very underwhelming. It was just plain hamburger meat cooked on a flat top with little or no seasoning. It wasn't a bad burger, but if I hadn't have put grilled onions, mushrooms, lettuce, and tomato it would have had no flavor at all. On top of that, you add $2.49 for a 16 oz drink, and then tax for a total of $11.35, I could have spent less money at Burger King and came away with a better tasting burger. I didn't even get fries for that price! They get three stars at least because of their good service and nice restaurant.

Friendly Staff is about all they have going for them. We ordered burgers, a hot dog and fries. Everything was super messy and they just dumped the fries into the bag. The burger was underwhelming and the fries were so salty we didn't eat them. I didn't try the hot dog it was for the kids. Food and drinks are over priced for the quality of the food. We won't be returning. Mighty Fine is way better.

The burgers are good, and the staff was friendly, but I ordered a protein style burger and got a regular burger bun and all. Most other places that offer lettuce wraps know what a customer means when they say protein style, but I guess not here. I took quite a bit of a drive during lunch to get this, so I'm fairly disappointed and won't come back to this location.

It's a chain burger joint, but a good one. Staff is friendly and energetic and they keep everything very clean. The burgers are very tasty and you can add from a good number of toppings. The patties are smaller, but you get two on a regular burger. The fries make up for the beef. You can usually get a regular size and feed two people. Try the Cajun fries if you like heat. One larger patty would give them another star.
