Pizza is absolutely incredible! It's truly a craft artisanal pizza! Atmosphere is very casual but staff is friendly and beers on tap are numerous.

Good drinks. Nice staff. My dad is a regular for the beer so it must be good. I'm not a beer drinker myself but the moscow mules are really good and the meatball sandwich.

My husband and I had been frequent customers of Fire & Ice since they opened. The pizza was great, and the service was AMAZING. While the pizza was a little pricey ($11-14 for a personal pizza) we were more than willing to enjoy the quality pizza paired with the smiling faces and amazing service. The cashier at the front was always welcoming and she always engaged in conversation. The bartender/managers always brought our food with a smile and checked on us frequently. We always felt welcomed. However, today my husband and I decided to go there for dinner. We haven't been there for a few months, and the service was completely different. Maybe there was a management change? When we walked in the two college-aged employees were at the front counter, too busy watching one of the many TVs to greet us. They continued watching the TV while they took our order and charged us full priced for drinks even though we brought cups from our previous visit with us. They barely gave us any attention while taking our order. The bartender who brought us our food never smiled or stated the order. When I said "Thank you" he just ignored and walked away. The restaurant was not crowded, but it was apparent that we were not important. The food was amazing as usual, and that's why it's so sad that we will not be returning to Fire&Ice. The service has changed for the worse. Please welcome your customers, don't treat them like an inconveniece.

first and foremost, the guy at the counter was super patient with us taking forever to decide what we wanted. a lot of good options (i don’t eat meat, so it’s hard to find a speciality pizza that’s not a margherita). didn’t drink, but drink specials look pretty good, so i’ll probably be hitting those up again soon. however, the best part of this experience was when i said “i’m so hungry” to the person i was with, and immediately after, a man, who i’m assuming is the manager/owner, came out with some garlic knots and apologized for the wait because our za had to be remade. that was such a stellar and kind gesture to acknowledge the wait, and fix it before anything was said. honestly, i wouldn’t have even complained or said anything because when the pizza came out (we got the upper crust), it was dope as hell. the ambience is great for a quick lunch (will be visiting for dinner in the near future). all in all, a really great experience and i commend the management for remedying a situation prior to there being one.

Disappointed. t was my first visit here. The girl at the front counter was nice, pizza was quite good, BUT it was freezing -uncomfortably freezing- in there, my mozzarella sticks seemed overdone -one had almost all the cheese out, and I basically paid $6 for a glass of ice. Yeah, the white sangria was the smallest sangria I've ever had, served in a small wine glass FULL of ice...such a rip off. Won't go back for dinner.
