We ordered a half sausage half pepperoni pizza, chicken parmesan sandwich, bread sticks and cinnamon sticks. With tip came to $50. After waiting a little over an hour, the food finally arrived.  I opened the pizza box ready to serve my kids and realized they sent the wrong pizza. Mistakes happen so I called back and the girl that answered the phone told me that I would have a credit for the next time I order. I thought that was nice of her to offer. Then I asked about when I would get the correct pizza that I ordered. She told me that I was getting the credit so there wouldn't be another pizza. I thought the credit was for them screwing up. So basically the credit for my free pizza is one I've already paid for just at a later time.  How am I going to feed my kids with a credit?  I told her to keep the credit because I would never order from there again and I would take the correct pizza that I ordered. She said no problem I'll put a rush on it. She said she would have it delivered in about an hour......for one pizza from a place that is less than a mile from me.  I told her forget it just credit my card for the price of the pizza and she said that would be fine.  Surprise surprise surprise she didn't. so now I've paid for a pizza that went in the garbage and still had to go to McDonald's to get dinner so my kids could eat. Mistakes happen but it's how you correct them that set you apart from your competition. And they FAILED miserably.  It's a shame too because if you live in Antioch then you know there arent many good places that deliver. Now there's one less

Pizza was great our family enjoyed it.
We ordered fried mushrooms ekkkkk they were soooo nasty & burnt, old oil taste, so I did tell the staff 
Week later got our credit & thinking mushrooms would be better, nope
So pizza was great, fried mushrooms DONT ORDER... 😫
