Very nice group of people. Always looking out for the best interest in the patient and they are always wanting to have conversations and actually interact with the patient! Highly recommended! Also,the new Dr. Smith, is an ace in my book! He actually listens to the patient and hears their needs.

I have always had excellent teeth with only one cavity and one root canal. I am in my 50's. I admit I had not been to a dentist in about two years which was highly unusual for me. I went to this office realizing I had plaque but no pain or bleeding gums. I was told I needed a very expensive gum disease procedure and I had 6 cavities! I was in shock but never dreamed that it would not be true. I went for the painful unnecessary procedure and did not make any appointments to have the cavities filled. I felt like it was all a scam. I later went to another dentist for a cleaning and was told I had NO cavities or gum disease. I feel violated and taken advantage of. I plan to let people in LaGrange know so they do not go through what I endured emotionally, physically and financially!

I've been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. Dr. Jacobs and his staff are great! On my most recent visit Lexi and Kim did an awesome job of accommodating me even after being late (twice). My hygienist Sara did a great job cleaning my teeth!...highly recommended

The whole entire staff is beyond Great, especially Sarah, she makes you feel at home! Choice One Dental comes highly recommended! #5STARS
