The guy at the front desk, his name is CORY or something like that. Anyways this place has awesome staff and they’re super good at what they do. Their prices aren’t expensive at all compared to other places. You should go here if you’re looking to get dental work done. Unless you want to just talk to CORY. That’s cool and well

This is the absolute worst dental provider on planet earth!!!
From the office staff in Douglasville to the two females at the corporate office are the worst. I have been trying to get my over payment for services rendered since October 2017. My dental insurance company called them and explained to the staff that the services were covered 100% with no patient responsibility and that a refund would be subsubmitted . A month has  gone and no refund. I have called the office several times to inquire about the status of my refund. I was told the office manager has to submit for the refund and the office manager was not available to speak with me. I went to the location and the office manager stated she would submit the request the same day and to follow up with the corporate office. From  December thru mid Febuary, I have no refund and countless voicemail messages left for the corporate office. After 2 months of leaving messages with the refund department and customer relations/quality assurance department, I finally get a return call from a female telling me she one of two people that handles all calls for 102 offices for Coastal Dental. She was very unprofessional and didn't apologize or answer why it took 2 months and numerous calls to get anyone to return my call. She contined to tell me "I work in the customer relations department, I don't do refunds". I requested that I speak with anyone that can make the relationship better between me and Coastal Dental by giving me some answers.  She states she can not transfer me or give out names and will email the district manager and her manager to contact me. As of today, no refund and no call back from Coastal Dental. They took money!!!!

Had to get an emergency extraction and they got me right in.  The nurse Stephanie was so patient with me as I am a gagger and don't do well with x-rays.  She was able to get the x-rays and the doctor pulled the tooth now no pain. Thank you
