Appointment was rescheduled twice after some confusion with the front desk. Apparently this happens often as a man was complaining of the same thing while I waited to be seen. The camera for the X-rays was broken and being propped up in the holder for each of my X-rays. I already had reservations abt coming to a chain dentist office as it has been my experience that you can never leave without some absurd bill. I have been going to the same dentist off faithfully for 2 years. Prior to that I went to the same dentist for 10 years and only changed due to my jobs relocation. My teeth were just cleaned in July and my charge was 0.00. I left this office with nothing but X-rays and still owed 54.00. It was confusing to say the least. I was told X-rays were free with my dental plan but I was paying for the “extra” X-rays they do and the cancer screen (😒) that I did not consent too and would have declined had I been given the option. Needless to say it wasn’t a very good experience.

I was nervous about getting a root canal. The dentist and the assistant both made me comfortable. The dentist was really funny. Great job. No long wait. Got started right on time.

Update. I had to go back for the crown fitting ant sat and waited for 2 hours.

I've been going to this place since I was a kid and I've always loved it. However, I wish they were more timely considerate. It took me two hours today just to get a cleaning.

Worst dental experience I’ve ever had. Dentist and her assistant were not on the same page. I was uncomfortable the entire time i was in the chair. She actually cut me with the drill under my tongue. Will never go back. Receptionist and Latonya were very nice.

No stars for this Great expressions location terrible customer service from Dr.champion and  her team they fall very short to represent the great expressions Company . I felt the need to post this review  b/c I came across a friend Who got services from Dr.Champion and her team  and she experienced the same terrible service and unprofessionalism from them as well  .I would  never get services from her team again! Their follow up skills, customer satification,and full attention service to customer needs is so below averAge and scheduling is terrible ..NO STARS
