Very bad experience. This place rushes you in and back out as soon as possible. Low quality, high volume. They push you from one person to the next, we had about 5 people handling us once we went back (had to answer same questions over and over). The cleaning was rushed and not thorough. The second my daughter stood up, they were already replacing her chair cover, ready for the next patient. I wasn't ready to leave though, because the dentist never spoke to me. Finally after insisting on talking to the dentist, she met me in the exit hallway and told me my daughter had several cavities. We were already in the exit hall, so she couldn't show me anything. We saw another respected dentist in town who treats more conservatively, and he does NOT believe she needs all those fillings. They were small and in baby teeth that would be falling out soon. I called to get X-rays sent to our new dentist, and you get a call center anytime you call Dentistry for children. Long hold times, and they know nothing about dentistry. When they try to transfer you to the local office you often get hung up on. They will not give you the local number. They need a host of paperwork filled out to send the X-rays to me. The only way to accomplish anything is to avoid the call center and just walk into the office to communicate with someone who can help you. This dentist is in network for us, but I feel it's worth every penny to go to out of network in this case.

Awesome place. My 5 year old has had a not so wonderful dental past and all of his fears were washed away as soon as we entered the building. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable and made him feel completely comfortable. Not to mention the waiting room is like a mini arcade! Love it!

Great place for kids. The staff is super friendly and Dr Roehl is very nice and great with my son. I was really blown away by the service my son received and how friendly these people are. It's so heart warming to find a place that actually cares about your children and not just the money you spend in their office. I have found a Dentist for my children and would Highly recommend anyone to bring their child here I can promise you will be pleased!!!

I can NOT say enough good things!! I was blown away by the kind staff. The dentist was so kind and caring and I love the sitting area they have for parents while your children are getting their teeth done. I have never had a better experience anywhere else. I hugged everyone when we were leaving and was even a little teary eyed. I wish I could go here myself!! I will recommend this place to everyone!!!!!
