I use CBA to service and repair my vehicles and have received excellent, professional service everytime. The facility is clean and well-equipped. Same day service. Price not cheapest, but much cheaper than dealer prices.   Benefit of good customer service and clean, friendly staff. Love the free shuttle service

I wish I could give negative stars on this review. This place is doing some serious price gouging. Worst experience ever. 

My power steering pump went out on my truck on the way to work. I looked up some places for service and called Christian brothers because they were the first to open. I had to get the truck towed because belt would not stay on due to bearings going bad on the power steering,g pump pulley. 

They sent someone to pick it up which was $65, no biggie. Truck got towed and I went to work. I told them I needed a power steering pump. They then call me at work to tell me they have to charge $60 just to look at it. I said fine whatever, even though I just told them what it needed. Now any other place I have ever gone to waves the inspection fee if you have them fix it. Not this place. 

Then he calls me back with a quote for $1100 just to change a power steering pump. My jaw bout hit the ground. He told me 200 for a power steering flush and I told him not to do that due to it leaking elsewhere. This brought the price down to 900 and something. I then called somewhere else to get it done and they quoted me at 500. That was with the tow to there place. I called back and told them I was going to take it elsewhere. They then gave me a 15 percent discount which dropped it to 765. 

I could not understand why the price was so high. He would not give me an explanation for then labor charges until I asked several times. He then proceeded to tell me it was a 3.9hr labor charge per All Data, which is what companies use to price their labor charges. Now, my son works at a dealership, so I asked him to look it up and it is only a 2.1hr labor charge per All Data. So he straight lied about pricing. 

My truck was muddy from mudding, so he tells me there gonna charge extra because of the mud. Are you fricking kidding me. I go to pick up my truck after work, and after I pay the $765 he then proceeds to tell me that they won't warranty any of there work due to the mud on the truck. Are you serious, you charge me extra and then tell me you won't warranty your work. If I wouldn't have went to jail I would have punched this guy.  I could keep going with more of the story, but I've ranted enough. 

This is the worst experience ever. I understand some place cost a little more but this was down right robbery. I will never even consider them again. Worst place ever. Just be Leary of the prices they tell you. Shop around

Honest and transparent about the issues with my wife’s car. Best service I’ve ever encountered. Had this car at several dealerships and they could never diagnose the problem.

You hear so much about the negative experiences about vehicle repair services... well this isn’t one.
My teenager was left stranded 350 miles from home and after recently investing $1500 with Big Name repair service... something just wasn’t right.

This team gave  and estimate that was 53% less then the big guys.  They arrange to have his vehicle towed and also went to pick him up once it was completed. 

 All I can say there is no better value than integrity
