We were in a tough situation hundreds of miles from home.  They got us in and repaired quickly and at a good price.  My wife and I were treated like family.  This one of the best repair experiences we have ever had.

I absolutely love their service!!! They are always beyond willing to help anyone and they are honest! They will get the job done in a timely manner and it will be done right. They make sure to take the time to explain everything to your understanding. They were very willing to help me and work with me. I will forever be a Scates customer! They are the best I've found in Jackson!!!! Everyone should be coming here if you haven't before then give them a try because you will not be disappointed!!

Best repair shop in Jackson !!! If you want honesty, good service, Fair price, this is the place. They have been in business for 70 years, and there is a reason for that.
