Integrity sums it up nicely.
I took my mother in-law's car to CBA for an overall assessment of any needed repairs after hearing of her recent experiences with other major competitors.   I am very comfortable and knowledgeable about automotive maintenance and after I reviewed the quotes, I just did not believe it based on the vehicle mileage and her driving habits.  She was told by the other shops that she needed anywhere from $1000 to $3500 dollars in repairs.

CBA performed a safety check on the car and determined no repairs were needed at this time.  I appreciate their integrity and I know you will as well.  Keith and his team can be trusted.

They went the extra mile by providing proof of damage and explained everything in terms I understood. They showed great care in my vehicles and helped me through the whole process of deciding what to do without selling me other products that I may not have really needed. I highly recommend them. My only negative is their parking lot is always full. I've been there several times and had to park down the street at an auto parts store and walk to their office.

Very honest individuals who are customer service oriented. They do regular mechanical work, no body work although they have one to whom they can refer you. I like the way they take the time to explain what they find and are honest about how critical the problems actually are. They also offer shuttle service when u need it.
