Although the service performed on my Jeep Grand Cherokee occurred in May 2017, I felt obligated to leave a review because of the excellent treatment I received. Both front differential mounts were replaced along with the transfer case. After the repairs, I could still hear a the same noise that I originally brought the Jeep in for. I took it back to Christian Brothers Automotive and they found out that my computer was causing the continued problems. They replaced my computer and updated it free of charge because they didn't catch it with their original diagnosis. Keep in mind that the differential mounts and transfer case did need to be replaced. My Jeep is working perfectly fine now thanks to Christian Brothers. This noise had been misdiagnosed by many other shops for years, and it sent me down a trail of wasted money before Christian Brothers Automotive. I'm not implying that every case is going to end as perfectly as mine, but I trust this shop and the people there. You will pay top dollar for their services, but you get what you pay for. You get quality.

Finding a shop with integrity is very difficult these days. And finding a shop that is upfront about work needed and cost involved is important to me. Having worked on my own vehicles  most of my life, I have a good understanding what is going on with my, or my families cars.
 I wanted specific work done and asked the cost of the service which was quoted to me. when they they called to say the work was done, I asked the total cost, and again it was quoted and included tax. When I picked up the car the bill was $50 higher. I was told this was for diagnostic work by the tech which only confirmed what I had already  told them was wrong. This work was not okayed by me, but when explaining the quote and lack of authorization the look on the faces of the lady at the checkout and man behind the desk spoke volumes. they might as well have stated your trying to pull a fast one buddy.
They reduced the price to the original quote, but I can't trust them or recommend them.

I would suggest being very weary of this shop. My truck was taken here by another body shop to replace the dash, and my truck was an absolute mess afterwards. 

They "forgot" to hook my 4x4 back up, which I guess could happen and I will let that go. But, there was a huge problem with my oil pressure (which was fine for a long time prior) after my truck left their shop. I took it back to Christian Brothers  as insurance should take care of it, and Christian Brothers wanted $400+ to look into the issue (insurance would not cover unless it was proven to be caused by the accident). I called and talked to a shop that I trust, and he said that he could look into it and most likely fix it for cheaper. I called Christian Brothers and told them I wanted my car towed to another shop, and miraculously a day later, they called me and said they "fixed" the issue, instead of towing my vehicle. 

I had issues with it for a week after that, and ended up just taking my vehicle to a shop that I trust to get the work done. $80 later my truck was fixed and has been great ever since. The situation above is too questionable and suspect for me to trust this shop.

Excellent service!  They explain in great detail if  you need anything repaired or replaced. This is a trustworthy establishment and I always come back!
