My experiences at Rick's continue to be both wonderful and refreshing. From the moment I arrived I am always treated as someone special....a CUSTOMER. Terry greets me at the door where we reviewed exactly what I want done to the car, directs me to the coffee (excellent, by the way) and the customer lounge, then offers me a ride home and a pick-up later. I usually choose to stay, and to watch and note what is going on around me. To my amazement, the staff treats each and every customer the same way I am treated! When issues appear during the servicing of my vehicle, Terry will come to me and go over what the manufacturer suggests to be done at the current mileage, the cost of each issue, and what can be really be put off for a while and what needed to be done now. The cost of my service seem to always come out less than what the quote was and, may I say, consistently less than the dealers. The service is done accurately in a very acceptable time frame, and every person I meet from Rick's staff is friendly and gracious. Over the seven years I have been in the Springfield area I have had five or six vehicles, but only ONE service Facility, Rick's is my place for all my services!!!

Have done business with them for many years. Always knowledgeable, informative, fair, and timely. Cannot imagine going anywhere else. Correction: there was ONE time my vehicle wasn’t ready when promised. After delivering the news, my advisor promptly offered the use of his own personal vehicle! True story. (Should have taken him up on it—I hear it’s a pretty nice ride)

Tech JESSE is awesome! I needed new tires on my car and not only did he clean my wheels, he checked all of my fluids and left me a nice note wishing me happy holidays! This company picks me up and drops me off at my job and I really appreciate all of the kind staff especially this tech that went the extra mile! The day I called they didn't have an appointment available but they fit me in anyway!! Thank you so much to ALL of the staff at RIcks for taking care of my car!! This company goes above and beyond!

To date, Rick's has charged me $3500.00 to begin to mechanically restore a 30 year old vanity car. Cheap, they are not....but they are thorough and conscientious. Initially, the car had to be returned a couple of times to rework some failed turbo parts. Rick met personally with me and took time to explain the particular issues. The shop also paid to detail the car at their expense due to the long wait for custom machined parts. I greatly appreciated that personal touch and Rick's time. When you lack the time, skill, and tools to fix these types of things...you must pay the price the market demands. I would HIGHLY recommend Rick's.

Excellent service and friendly staff. NOT the cheapest in town, but how much is quality and confidence worth to you, when your life may be at stake? I have been here multiple times. They actually replaced a complete engine. We had to bring it back several months later due to oil leakage, but they fixed the issues at no cost (engine warranty). Last time, I picked up and expected a breakdown of what issues they had if any, what might be an issue next time, etc. No feedback. I had to ask. Then they had no details readily available. They handed my keys to me, did not let me know where it was parked - they have a huge and diverse parking lot - and I had to walk around until I found my car. I specifically requested Mobil 1 oil. My receipt said Castrol. I called back. They said it was a clerical error, but now doubt has entered my thoughts. I won't be back. They specialize in fleet service, so I felt like I was less than important to them twice in a row.
