Do not go to this place. Had a bad feeling the minute I walked in. I typically fix all my cars myself but was in a hurry with the holidays and took it here. First they quoted me $800 to remove 4 bolts. After explaining again since I clearly wasn't listened to the first time they said an hour or 2 of labor. This should have been a quick and easy 30 minute job with an oxy acetylene torch but hey I was in a rush so I'll accept the premium.  Got the car back and was told there was a hair line crack, ok I'll check it out and see how bad. Next weekend I get it on ramps and see they had completely crack the flange of the exhaust, my guess is trying to beat out pressed bolts. Also the bolts I paid to have cut out 2 of them were still in there, had to vise grip and drill the rest out myself. So on top of not even completing this simple task, they lied to me and said the hair line crack was there. I was wise enough to take photos of the exhaust before and after due to the numerous poor reviews of this shop. I will be confronting Terry with this tomorrow and report back after I had to  take it to a trust worthy shop i have used before (Craig at american exhaust pros did a fantastic job) to have the exhaust repaired. Now I know why us automotive wanted to rush it to their recommended shop to repair this hair line crack as they call it at my cost.

Terry and Mike did a great job resolving my car problems. They made sure to look at all options and saved me a great deal of money by finding the real source of the problems.

After getting completely screwed over at 417 Motor Works in Springfield, I was leery to take my car anywhere. I decided to take my car to US Auto, and from the first time I walked in, they went above and beyond to answer my questions, and were very happy to explain everything about my car in language I could understand ! After going to them 3 times now, I have complete faith in them,  they aren't trying to rip anyone off, and are very honest about what needs to be done , without adding on unnecessary work. They honestly try to save you money !  Mike the mechanic is fantastic,  and the owner Terry is so very helpful and knows his business ! My faith is restored ! Thanks guys !
