Very slow!!  Car up on rack 15min but was 2hrs and I had to ask what was going on with my vehicle.  Then I have 1 brake caliper sticking and they want to replace both caliper, new brakes, new rotors, and all new lines for the system.  This is why people hate taking their cars to the shop, they are always looking to get you to buy stuff you don't need. Took my car to another shop $68 fix and Us automotive wanting to me to pay $1500.

I was almost ran off road this morning! Came to US Automotive in Ozark ---- Mary fixed me up. I needed a new tire. She was so helpful & informative plus an all around nice person. I leave here with a new tire, an auto shop I'll return to & a lady named Mary that I'd call a friend.  Thank you.

Michael was brilliant with my car's issues. He explained everything in a way that I understood without talking down to me.  I genuinely felt like I was in good hands. And the shop was super clean. Bonus!

Had an oil change, they performed this service well, but made up additional needs for car to operate safely.  Claimed certain repairs would be required to pass state inspection.  These recommended repairs we not required for state inspection.  I would not want anyone who is not knowledgeable about cars to get service here.  I am afraid they will take you to the "cleaners".  

Update Dec 2016.  Started having troubles with my heater, come to find out that "topping off fluids" as part of 50 dollar oil change consists of saying they are doing something they are not doing.  Lowered rating to one star, these people are not even honoring the promises of basic services like topping off all fluids.  Consumer beware.  This location is not staffed by anyone you can trust.  They have completely lost my business.
