Jeff and Rodrick were amazing. I called around to several shops (including other pep boys)  looking to fix an issue with my headlight on my VW cc (electrical not just a blown bulb). These guys were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.  They took care of me and called me throughout the day with updates on what was going on. I couldn't ask for better service. I would recommend them to anyone.

Just wanted to thank Roderick for everything he did and taught me. Also to the others willing to stay after close and finish up. Good people are few and far between these days but you can find them here. I was mesmerized by all the knowledge Roderick had and his drive to work. Can't say how appreciative I am! Thanks everyone!

The most honest and genuine people a customer could ever want or need. I brought my truck in to get the brakes fixed, and he took at least 10 minutes to explain what was wrong with my current setup and how the top tier package was going to differ. I ended up getting my lift installed and spark plugs changed because I can trust that the work that these men do will outlast any other installer. Keep up the fantastic work!

Any 5 star review of this business is almost certainly a bogus account.  This place is crawling with con men and thieves.  A complete ripoff joint.
