Great customer service. Our party host Lindsey was great. Pizza was fresh and tasty. Also seen workers cleaning tables at a timely manner. Great experience for the kids enjoying a birthday party. Birthday package at a great deal. Cake was also great.
Always a great place to take our kids. They open at 11 on Sundays so it's perfect for a pre nap time game and pizza session. Staff is helpful and the place is clean.
We had a great experience with the family! We were there for 2 hours eating and playing games. The salad bar is great! There’s also beer for adults.
Went wirh my son and grandkids. So much fun for them. Staff was great! Salad bar is fantastic but 12.00 is a lot. It's all you can eat but too expensive. 7.99 would be reasonable since you can't share. The pizza was fresh and tasty. Enjoyed it with my family. Visit cost us 100 plus. Vegetarian options: Salad bar had lits of options. Kid-friendliness: Kids love everything about chucky cheese. Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room to get around.
Terrible people skills. Takes a long time for them to do your request. Bad service. They had bad green salad. I’ve had asked them to put more greens and it took 1 hour for them to fill it up. We went to get our drinks when we got there, they had no ice on both machines. I told them right away and it took over 1/2 hour for them to fill up the ice. It was not crowded until about 2 hour later. The machine took a bunch of credits from my grandson account. I told the manager and he said he had to get his card. He started serving other people and took 20 minutes before he came back to me. I saw him the whole time when I was waiting for him. They need to get better trained employees. I will not come back here again. This is the Chuck E Cheese locates at Grossmont Center in San Diego, CA. Then there were a couple of men that’s started vape where children were present.
We went to this location at 1pm thinking it wouldn't be too busy, but to our surprise it was extremely busy. After 15 minutes of arriving though it did die down a bit. The staff here was really friendly suprisingly for how busy it was and for all the complains I heard coming from frustrated parents dealing with broken machines. But nonetheless all the employees were very helpful and happy to help. The layout is kinda off but my kids had fun. Pretty much its your typical chuck e cheese experience, I didn't expect anything more or less. The pizza wasn't as good as we remember it pre-pandemic and of course the price of the wings are ridiculous but the experience was enjoyable for both the adults and the kiddos.
Pizza was so much better than I expected! Keep in mind that's coming from someone who likes to start with low expectations and be pleasantly surprised. Still a solid venue for a kids party - creepy animatronics and all. Good selection of kids games, though the digital tickets just don't feel the same as the real thing.Food: 4/5
