Usually get great pizza here but last two times it has not been good. Today checked pizzas before leaving and they looked very sloppy, got home and found no pizza sauce on either pizza!! Last week we got a custom ordered pizza and when we specified jalapeños on ONLY HALF Ordered through App. They put on entire pizza, sorry my wife doesn't like them because they are too hot. Bunch of new people behind counter and they don't know what they're doing. I'm going to have to go to another location now. Never heard of pizzas with no pizza sauce. Sloppy pizza, was flat very uneven rolled stuff crust, and no sauce, ingredients that are supposed to be on half all over pizza mixed together. Maybe first pizza??? No one supervising?? Take all good people to new store?? Not sure but has gone downhill fast at this location. Twice in a row bad service why I wrote review.
I ordered my pizza when I left work. When I got there they didn't have it. Told me I was at wrong store. Showed them my phone told them it shows their address and phone number. Had to reorder pizza and wait. Just wanted to get home and watch the game. Probably won't go back.
I bought two pizzas and both are so buen, so hard I cannot even take a piece of it, I had to pith them on the trash, they are not eatable.
Pizza quality has unfortunately gone way down, and the prices have gone up. Customer service is honestly laughable. Hate to be negative on here but this is reality.
This little caesars is a decent place to go to, however i did recieve a pizza that was pretty ugly as the photo shows. It had lots of spots of missing cheese and air bubbles to the max. I didnt make a big deal just went in an asked if i can get a new one or even just the money back and the cashier nice girl apologized and gave us a fresh pizza which i appreciated greatly. She was very kind to me and helped the situation a lot. So thanks for the great customer service.
Always good pizza and cheesy bread. Bad part is employees not allow to accept gratuity. The person working when I was there was prepping, cooking, packing and cashing. We'll deserving of a few bucks but politely declined for fear of termination. Too bad but I'm still going there.Dine in: NoOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: Yes
Pizza was hard, no sauce.. I don’t usually write reviews but every time I call there is no answer and I have to drive before placing my order. Last 2 to 3 times the pizza has been terrible, it wasn’t like that before. This was my last time, management really needs to get involved and figure out what is going on with this location.
It took like nearly 30 minutes for cheese bread but other than the wait good bread. Good amount for priceFood: 5/5
Gave me old cold pizza and when I went back to exchange it staff told me O Well you would be better off cooking a frozen pizza at home and it would be fresh
Their deep dish pepperoni is alway great, and I have it well done. Always so good!
