The experiences I have had at Chuck Hutton Toyota have been excellent. David Hayes, the salesperson worked hard to made sure that I had an excellent experience when purchasing my new vehicle. He was timely with the paperwork and made sure that I got a good deal on the car. He assisted me with transferring item from my previous car to my new car, made sure it was detailed and full of gas and that I understood the new features on the car. David always has great smile and does everything to make my car purchasing experience as enjoyable as possible. Excellent!!!

I hated to have to go to the dealership to get my radiator replaced but could not find a replacement. They got me in fast, found a radiator, and installed it all within about 3 hours. I was on the road from Louisiana and needed their assistance. Very friendly service department. Thank you all for the quick service.

From most of my reviews I have generally focused on the customer experience, since good customer service is hard to find. Recently I had some recall work on my Toyota Camry; replacing the dash. I must say the experience was fantastic. They picked the car up and delivered back to me the same day, due to some previous scheduling issues. Not saying I did not have problem, but it was how it was handled. I got in the car and noticed the dash lights, switches along with air conditioner were not working and I had to have the car to leave on vacation "that night"! Chuck Hutton routed a technician, Brian, to my house after work hours on a Friday, to evaluate. This guy was phenomenal with his skills and knowledge of my car. He made all of the necessary repairs and the impact to the family was minimal. What I did realize, what seemed like a big deal to me was a simple fix on the backend. I hate that I overreacted. The service manager went above and beyond expectation's in order to resolve the issue and in the future, for work on that car, I will definitely choose Chuck Hutton and request Brian to do the work. I am confident they have other competent technician but this was one of the finest individuals I have had the pleasure of meeting. Just overall an interesting and fun to guy to talk with in general. This is the type of employee I look for to have on my team at work.

The people at Chuck Hutton were kind and fair. Buying a new car can be overwhelming but they streamlined the process and made it fun. Thanks to Cindy for helping get my sweet new ride and for being excellent at what she does!

Bought a used 2500 Ram from their dealership. The truck had some issues that wasn't listed in their ad and after I had called all seemed well. When I took a look at the truck it had numerous service lights on and a cracked windshield. The salesmen agreed to sell the truck at the advertised price but cut me a check for the issues. He even signed and gave me a written copy of a "promise" to send the check weeks later. It's been almost a year since that time. I have called and spoke to Mary Adams numerous times and they pretend like it just disappeared. Don't do business with these guys. I can't stand dishonest salesmen. Don't promise someone a deal and then change your mind.
