Steve in sales was very knowledgeable and helpful. We never felt pressured, and he helped us find the right first RV for our family. Harrison in the service department was great in teaching us first timers how to care for our new investment. We had a wonderful experience with everyone we dealt with. We shopped for months, and our very best experiences in the process were at Southaven RV.

Drove 1000 miles over night to look at a boat.  We ultimately didn't purchase the boat.  Ronnie however was awesome to deal with.  Thanks so much!!

Left my RV to have warranty work and oil change.  Worked with Mark A. as my Service Rep.  Great guy.  Went above and beyond to get the work completed by the end of the week.  Also, helped me get my car hooked back up to the RV.  He will be my go to from now on.

Do not purchase your boat or RV here!! I can't express to you the nightmare we have had with our unit. We purchased a brand new grand design momentum in February 2016. We had trouble with the generator and numerous other things such as the bed rails in the garage, leaking shower and sink, holes in the leather furniture, jack leaked hydrolic fluid. We did not get our unit functional until September. The service department kept our unit 82% of the time we have owned it. They also damaged the side with a forklift while they had it. The lady in the service department cursed me when I called to get help. The customer service here is horrible. After a lengthy battle the solution to the generator was the valve on the carborator was sticking but it took the service department 7 months to figure it out. You can also read further details on the better business bureau website. Please save yourself the hassle of dealing with Southaven RV!!!! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!!!!

When we work on the lot no one greeted us. I had to ask for a sales associate. Then when the sales associate showed up he was very impolite and unprofessional.  He was not approachable at all ; he had no concern about helping us with any questions that we had to ask. The sales associate acted as though we were getting on his nerves. We will not go back to that company again.  It's sad you work for someone else's company and you make their company look horrible with your negative energy. Money is Money..... Right???
