The service department was not professional.  I was charged a diagnostic fee for them to tell me everything that was wrong.  I was informed that I needed three things to be fixed.  I paid $2900 and the car was still not up to par.  The professionalism was was not what it should have been.  I will not recommend anyone to get their car serviced at Landers.  I was over charged and under satisfied.

Joe, Al, and the rest of the staff were very friendly, professional and caring. Joe was one of the best salesperson I've came across in a long time. Joe called days later and asked was everything OK. I appreciate all the help and attention the staff gave! Be Blessed! Deirdre M.

Well I had leak in one of my tires. Took it in and spoke with Hayne Matthews. Told him my situation and they didn't find a leak. Well my tire monitor wasn't reset by when they serviced my truck a month ago. So it said passenger rear tire was low when it actually was the front passenger. Now it's the next day and guess what? My tire is low and the tire pressure monitors were not reset either. On top of this I purchased a tire warranty when I bought the truck. I couldn't be anymore unhappy than I am now. Will not be going back. Service goes a long way and they have no idea how to give it.

Loved every minute of it !  We bought a new vehicle and someone bought me a large sweet tea cut in half from Sonic, yummy I love that tea and Landers Buick GMC!!  Lee Kicker is the best country you'll ever meet!
