Outstanding experience with this dealership. The Sales team went above and beyond to find us the exact car we wanted. I'm (admittedly) a fairly picky buyer, so having the exact color, trim level, and options were hugely important. They would not rest until they found me exactly what I was looking for, and never tried to push me in another direction. Financing was a breeze, and so was the signing, with no last-minute surprises. Maybe it's the "small town" service attitude -- they treated my wife and me amazingly well, and always made us feel welcome. Top recommendation. We worked with Meghan -- she's a genuinely nice person, and very professional.

My husband and I finally replaced our 12-year old Chevy Silverado with a brand new GMC Sierra. This was a huge deal for us, as these trucks are expensive, and as you can tell, we keep them for a long time! So getting the exact vehicle we wanted was hugely important. The sales staff and owner at this dealership were TIRELESS in finding the right vehicle for and making us a great deal. They proactively found every incentive offered through GM and made sure we were able to take advantage of them. Likewise, financing took all of five minutes! We could not be happier with our new truck, and we can't imagine that we'll ever buy another vehicle anywhere else.

We had the very best experience at SH Chevy. Katrina, Kevin, Mike and Jon all were so completely helpful. When my daughter started getting antsy, she was given a balloon, a coloring book, and a snack! Not to mention the Equinox we ended up with is everything we needed and then some. Thanks so much!

The service was impeccable, working with the finance Manager and the owner, they both made everything run smooth. "GREAT JOB TO YOU AND YOUR WHOLE STAFF" Oh not to mention they delivered my vehicle on Saturday. What an AWESOME experience.

After some apparent transmission issues this past Saturday on my 2007 Corvette Z06 I scheduled an appointment online at the dealership. Within 15-20 minutes I received a call from the owner and he informed me his team would be available first thing Monday morning to help me out. After arriving and checking in with Tiffany (the service writer) Mike called to make sure I was being helped. They gave me a loaner and I left to have breakfast and tour the town. A few hours later they called and said I was taken care of and they washed my car also. While they had it I had the oil changed and picked it up later. The level of service I received at the dealership was 5 Star. I have never received this level of service from any dealership ever! Tiffany and Mike were the most kind and courteous folks that I have ever had an occasion to meet. I highly recommend South Haven Chevrolet-Buick-GMC to anyone looking for help with servicing a GM product.
